"We stayed 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. We had a large very comfortable room. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We both had a very nice treatment in the spa and enjoyed the pool. Nothing to find fault with."

"The old hotel with many original features; and stylish bathroom fittings, enormous comfortable bed, golden framed bed and mirrors, plenary of pictures. Beautifully large bedrooms, some recently refurbished. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Own car park at the back of the hotel. Good breakfast. Definitely will come again."

"Lovely hotel, fantastic value for money! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the house keeping staff had made a real effort to decorate the room for our 5 year old's birthday. The pool was a brilliant amenity, and very appreciated by our 5 year old, made it feel more special. The room was huge and had everything we needed, our only slight issue was how warm the room got, as there is no AC and the room and bathroom are a little tired but considering the cost it is definitely value for money and we would definitely return."
