Great hotel and lovely meal at the venue . Slight irritation with the fire alarm going off in the morning otherwise would recommend this hotel

Nice location, friendly staff and the suite was well kept/clean and of a decent size for a family of four. Also, good value with breakfast included. I would recommend this, for a family to stay at …

Lovely welcome upon arriving, nice bedroom with all the amenities, did not have dinner but had a lovely breakfast with friendly service, the only thing that I was disappointed in was the toilets in the bar area where the cubicle didn't have a lock and it wasn't exactly clean in there, all in all would recommend a stay as good location for everything including train station and nice and quiet at night.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location. We used this as a stopover on our way to the channel tunnel and it was perfect. 5-star

The rooms are well renovated and modern despite the building being older than my country. The biggest problem is Rye is an absolute pain in the arse to find parking in without getting absolutely rorted. Like seriously, you can't stop anywhere without paying for the privelege

Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.

Lovely hotel, restaurant, bar, in an excellent location for shopping etc in Rye. Very good value for money. There is no free car parking but the pay & display/RINGO is immediately next door and less than a tenner a day. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Room and en suite was lovely. We had dinner in the bar which was tasty and staff where polite. Number of car parks within walking distance and well placed to explore the town

Bar closed early - even to residents! Staff were very friendly - room was great although decoratively a little tired - breakfast was good - only one cup of coffee or tea offered, would be better with a pot of tea or coffee. Generally a good place to stay

Really great stay very clean excellent service nothing was too much trouble…. good location and central. The only slight issue was the wifi which wasn’t stable or consistent other than that would definitely recommend thanks very much

Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival and during our stay. A pleasant and well located Hotel/Pub that met our needs. Room was small, but it says that in the description, so no complaints from us unlike others who obviously hadn't bothered to read the room descriptions. Comfortable bed and decent pillows which were most welcome. Would stay again.
