"The hotel is beautiful. Not a lot of things to do nearby though so you have to take an Uber/taxi everywhere and it’s expensive. The front desk was great and our shuttle bus driver, Mauro, was very polite and friendly. However, there were a few things that I didn’t like with it being a 4 star hotel: I didn’t like that we asked for an iron and an hour later, never got it. Housekeeping also tried entering 3 times before check out and didn’t knock. Last, the rooftop is nice but only for the scenery. The entrees were terrible. My risotto was hard and the pasta was also hard to chew. The dessert made up for it and the staff was great but we paid too much for the food not to be good."

I cannot compliment the staff enough! Upon arrival, they immediately made you feel like you were their #1. They even, unsolicited, upgraded me to an apartment-style room that was amazing!"
