The best experiences I had there was the services. The lick of the room had a little issue and two people came to help me out with the situation. Both of them were very courteous and professional. The breakfast is superb and I don’t need to spend time first thing in the morning to look for food.
This hotel was an amazing find. Not necessarily centrally located but was everything we needed for our 2 nights in Zagreb. Ubers were always available as this hotel is on the west side of town and about a 15 minute Uber ride from wherever we went. The hotel itself is new and very nice. The room was nice, the pool was nice, we had massages which were kind of hard to find times but still worked good. We ate at the restaurant on site which was comparitively inexpensive but excellent. Friendly, elegant hotel on a quiet street just five minutes away from several historic sites and amazing restaurants. The breakfast was particularly lovely. We’ll be back!

Excellent buffet breakfast, clean and comfy room, and centrally located near attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right next to a paid parking lot if you’re driving.
The self check in was very easy. The apartment was 1 block from the park in Zagreb old town and 5 minute walk to the pick up point for day trips. Plenty of food options in walking distance. The apartment was a good size, clean and well kept.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of variety, including champagne. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is very modern with good AC. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had many settings with many different shower heads.The room was also very clean and spacious. The wifi was fast. Also it was a short 10 min walk to all of the main tourist places in Zagreb.
Our room was spacious and the staff was quick to relocate us when we had a plumbing issue. On site saunas (4) and pool. Good breakfast (included) and on-site restaurant. Parking is ample and location super convenient.
