There were some friends arguing in the adjoining room and it was very easy to hear. Overall people were quiet, but if you’re a light sleeper this would be a problem."

The bar was difficult to access and it wasn’t until the last day that one kind member of staff showed her a step free route to her room. The other bar staff did not help and a few clearly were not -disability friendly. So I would recommend the hotel for everything apart from this factor."

"The hotel has incredible views and overall everything is very well maintained and beautiful. However, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, even considering it’s a mountain location. In addition, the fact that smoking was allowed left a tobacco smell in the room, which was quite uncomfortable. In short, the setting is wonderful, but these details definitely affected the comfort of the stay. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, because the place has a lot of potential."
