Our apartment was spacious and clean. Wonderful, quiet location that is close to all that Avignon has to offer. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend.
Overall, great place and very close to the downtown. The only problem was having to lower the bollard blocking the road in order to drive to the front of the hotel. And the parking garage was a bit of a walk, but free.

Very nice property and grounds in excellent condition. Excellent rooms - clean and well furnished. Location is several km outside of St. Remy with little else nearby which we enjoyed, but having a car or a means of transport is key. Staff was friendly and helpful. Val Baussenc is a nice hotel. Close drive to St. Remy. Night manager needs a lesson in hospitality. Didn't offer to carry bags over three flights of stairs. No suggestions for food and drinks. He seemed eager to clock out and leave for the evening rather than help guests.
A marvelous experience through and through. The location is incredible, in walking distance to the village. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and updated. Loved the entire setting. Anyone who has been to the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA, will understand when I say, it's a mini-version of that location.
