This Hotel is located close by the A7 freeway very convient if you travel to the south or the otherway. Avignon is airport is locoated just next to the Hotel but it is a aerodrome rather than an Airport. We had no noice of aircraft at all. The Hotel has been comlpetly renovated, up to date design really nice. Large pool with many sunbeds perfect if you want to rest after visiting the town of Avignon. The rooms are very clean and modern design. Good bed and pillow, anemity and coffe/thee and a soft drink minibar. There is also a terrace with garden view with acces to the pool area. We had dinner and breakfast both very good. The lobby and bar is also nice and cosy. We enjoyed every minute one hotel we really consider comming back to.

I was staying in this property for 2 weeks but after few days l was feeling like l am in the best place for visiting Provence . A good stay in the end!

A pleasant hotel which fit all of our needs. When we arrived, they informed us that our booking was incorrect and that we would have to pay a substantial fee to get a room for us. After some negotiation, we got the room which we had originally booked and suddenly the staff could not be more helpful. There seems to be a miscommunication between the hotel and yourselves regarding the requirements of a family room which is disappointing. The room was clean and functional and the pool is a real asset and was enjoyed by us all.

We only stayed for one night here and the main reception dining area and other public areas were lovely. A little tired but okay. We had to move rooms as we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child and only had one bed in our room. Thanks to Google translate we managed to resolve the issues. The rooms werent cleaned to a great standard as there was lots of dust stained and dirty carpets and broken switches. However, the beds and bathrooms including bedding and towels were cleaned to a good standard. The hotel itself seems very secure and the area seemed nice. A great pizza place just around the corner in the local village. Okay for a one night stop over.

The refurbished lobby, dining area and rooms area really nice. We stayed in a room that is not yet renovated, so I guess our experience was not as neat as in the new rooms. Hot food at breakfast was generally lukewarm or cold. Upgrades underway outside which leaves the property looking like a building site. Bad choice by us as was too far from central Avignon to be much use a a tourist hotel. No doubt serves its purpose as a conference venue.

This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel.

Arrivés à 2h00 du matin, nous avons rencontré plusieurs contrariétés : - une chambre "handicapés" sans nous avertir alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être complet. - des bornes de recharge inopérantes alors que nous avions vérifié par téléphone la possibilité de recharger dans la nuit, ce qui nous avait été confirmé. - un arrosage automatique déréglé qui arrose les piétons sur le parking ce qui, à 2h00 du matin peut être drôle à regarder, mais qui l'est évidemment moins à subir. En dehors de ces désagréments : - Hôtel bien situé dans le parc d'activité proche de l'aéroport d'Avignon, donc pratique pour un déplacement professionnel, - Petit déjeuner agréable.
