We loved our stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed a real king sized bed, the renovation thoughtful both in use of space and with beautiful old details left to shine. This is one of the most wonderful and comfortable places I have ever stayed. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very large (even by US standards), the breakfast was fantastic, but the people were beyond all expectations. The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error.
