The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable. It is a bit from Venice and 10 mins from some great restaurants.

It is such a wonderful place. I've been there twice now and it truly feels like home. The staff is just so incredibly skilled, professional, helpful and friendly and the bedrooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable. I've stayed in many different hotels in Venice but Ca' Sagredo goes straight to the top of my list!

This is a perfectly situated hotel. It’s walkable to all major landmarks and located right on the Grand Canal. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s a water bus stop immediately outside the hotel! Check in was easy . Staff is nice. Beautiful breathtaking views of the water were incredible. Our Room small but our balcony and view amazing!

This hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. We would definitely use this hotel again if we ever came back to Venice. It is close to Saint Marks Square and lots of shopping is available.

Hotel Casa del Pellegrino was wonderful. No frills, but super clean and accommodating. I was super comfortable and felt safe and secure. Perfect location if you are looking to visit the Basilica. Parking available for 12$ euro a day as of September-October 2022. Staff are super friendly and accommodating- called for a taxi for us a few times and their system is quick and efficient. This is a beautiful European boutique hotel. They have their own dock on the canal and kindly arranged for pick-up at the airport and a water taxi directly to their dock - it was effortless for us. The hotel is immaculate and the service was impeccable. To address the concerns of those of us from the states - there is an elevator, the a/c is great and the bathrooms are modern, beautifully tiled and well equipped with lovely towels, very nice toiletries and even slippers. Great place to explore the city. The hotel is on the square where is the cathedral. Excellent service and very nice people. If you travel by car, get in touch with the hotel about directions to the parking. I enjoyed my visit very much and highly recommend the hotel.

This was an incredible hotel and right in the center of everything right at the landmark bridge.

Front desk hotel personnel were courteous and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, we enjoyed the food and service.

The location was perfect for our 2-day stay. We were very close (9 minute walk) to the car park where we met our private transfer to Ravenna where we boarded our cruise ship, and it is very close to the St Lucia Train Station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great service…and a boat away from San Marcos…

Our experience was disappointing overall. The staff was professional, but they were not particularly welcoming, and the service felt somewhat impersonal. The biggest issue was the room itself. It had a very strong sewage-like odor from the moment we arrived. We thought increasing the air conditioning might help circulate the air and reduce the smell, but unfortunately it made no difference, and the odor remained throughout our stay. This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...
