This place is just outside the Venice canals and is about a 20mins walk to the edge of that area. It was very convenient to get to as there are bus stations and railways close by. The continental breakfast is amazing! So many choices, with fresh fruit, meats/cheeses, pancakes, muesli, bacon, eggs etc. it is served from 7-10am. The property itself appears new and is well kept. The hotel rooms were spacious as well. The pillows were much too flat and lumpy but that’s a standard in most hotels.

We stayed here two nights after our cruise which was the perfect location if you are sailing to or from the Marghera port. Staff were absolutely delightful and helpful, hotel was clean and the restaurant had delicious food and a great breakfast.
