I chose the property for its convenient location in the city center. In the photos, the furnishings appear ultra modern. In reality, they are in terrible repair. The odd, curved, white vinyl chair was badly torn all over. The table was very wobbly. Walls and baseboards were chipped. The bathroom wall behind the sink was soaking wet near the base and black with mildew. The batheoom floor and shower floor were visibly not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time. Convenience and helpful staff are the only high marks I can give.

Walter and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Not only were they extremely helpful with our car parking, but they even started breakfast early so we could have something in our stomachs before a long trip. Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”.

Great staff and v comfortable.

Walter? on the main reception desk was great. Very helpful and friendly. All the staff were great and the room was very comfortable. Bed was perfect and Prosecco on arrival which was very nice. Would stay again when in Padua purely because of the cleanliness and comfort. It’s futuristic with sliding doors so a bit of an unusual hotel but very nice.
