You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

The check in was smooth. Mr. Julian at the reception was very professional, accommodating, and helpful to get us a very nice ocean view room on the 4th floor earlier than the usual check in time The room had a balcony which we enjoyed to watch the sunset. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with a surprisingly wide variety of high quality buffet and personal custom choices. We will be happy to consider again this hotel in the future.

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
