"Great hotel near the FCO airport. Free breakfast, and they do serve lunch and dinner. very clean hotel with a great atmosphere. Staff were very nice and professional. I would give this hotel a 4 or 5 star and would stay here again."

"Hotel was in a good location and room was laid out well. Getting up and down to the rooms is a bit of an issue for older people with 2 different small elevators and some stairs in between the elevators. Some variety in the breakfast buffet would be good. Overall a good property with great staff."

"The size of the room is reasonable considering most hotel rooms are small. The staff are not pleasantly helpful. They dutifully help but seem bothered. The best part of the room is good airconditioning. We were first given a room on the 6th floor with a very large balcony. That is the best room. Later we were moved to another room for the last 2 days we stayed. I was not aware of it when we checked in. This is very stressful to have to pack and move."

"The front desk staff, particularly one team member, came across as unwelcoming and overly formal rather than warm and hospitable — not the greeting experience one expects from a hotel. The level of helpfulness was unfortunately below expectations. For those considering a stay, you may find better options elsewhere. Regarding booking: contacting the hotel directly may result in better rates, as third-party platforms."

"Perfect place if you're getting in late one night and departing early the next day. Easy to get to and from the Rome airport. Room was very well set up for travelers -- plenty of places to drop your bags, pack/unpack/repack, etc. Would have been nice if the water in the room wasn't an additional charge, but so be it. Restaurant staff was very nice, pricing was reasonable, food was OK. It's the only choice, but it was OK. Price we were charged was higher than what was quoted, but not by much, so not worth the hassle to worry about it. Would stay here again."
