Exceptionally clean rooms and friendly staff.
The hotel is located on the top floor with a very small old elevator, so if this might be an issue for you, this hotel is not for you.
The hotel is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, and is a short walk from everything we wanted to experience while in Rome.
Highly recommend!
Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.
The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...
We were there for a really quick trip and the hotel met all our needs and was more than we expected. The front desk was super helpful and kind. Thank you.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary early check-in. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. We were on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view of the Pantheon and the skyline. It was a perfect central location for walking everywhere in Rome. It was our first stay at the hotel, but it will not be our last! In addition, we called on the front desk to arrange our transportation from FIU and from the hotel to Civitavecchia - the driving service they use reflects the same standards and...
Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.
My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. Highly recommended!
This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?
