The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary early check-in. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.

Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.
This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?
I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!
This was my second stay at Splendide Royal, and the experience was even better than the first. I loved the starched linens at Breakfast and the panoramic view of Rome almost as much as the delicious variety of traditional and modern dishes served. On Sunday evening I noticed a broken button on my suit jacket that I needed for a business meeting on Monday morning. Somewhere the staff found a suitable button, sewed it on and it was in my closet when I prepared for my meeting. The hotel is quiet,...
Just a short walk across from airport, quick check-in, spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from, hot and cold food.
Coffee was very nice. (I had 4 cups)
This was my first visit to Italy. Hotel positives: (1) Walking distance (for us 15-30 minutes) to many major attractions including the Parthenon, Colloseum Forum, Trastevere, piazzas, Trevi Fountain and Vatican. (2) Helpful staff (they even printed out our boarding passes). (3) Well stocked complementary breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Get the map from the hotel from desk. It was better than any of the store bought maps that we brought with us.
We had a great couple of nights at Rome Life Hotel. Quiet yet beautifully located in Monti. Nice bar, fantastic breakfast and neighborhood restaurants abound. Recommended!
For me, it is the best place to be close to the train station, subway, and bus to move wherever I want to go. Clean, beautiful, delicious breakfast. Perfect
We loved Lisa! She was so helpful & friendly.
Nothing could be more charming than the tiny wooden elevator.
Our room was great. The bathroom was the best design I've seen. Zero complaints!
My only complaint about the room was the wifi dead-spot on the bed where the pillows are.
In the common area, the hotpot was slow & cheap. Great place!
The Glam hotel was a great place to stay. Within walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. It took us about 15-20 mins by cab to get to the Vatican. Make sure to do the skip the line tours at the Vatican and Colosseum - and do them early am. The glam is near good shopping and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very clean.
Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, cold a/c, centrally located to everything. 5 min walk to Pantheon, and another 10min on to Trevi. Easy walk to Vatican and Spanish Steps. Water pressure great in shower. No complaints at all. Will stay here again.
Great location and 5 mins walk to Rome Termini train station/metro/bus. The hotel is well maintained and the room is spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and it is easy to walk to all attractions and shopping areas.
