Very friendly staff, and overall this is a decent bargain hotel in a great location near public transit. It is clean and quiet and has a nice rooftop. However the room was extremely small, not even space to place an open suitcase on the ground to unpack. But if you’re on a budget and don’t care about room size, this is a perfectly fine hotel.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean but dated, on par with a 3* not 4*. The shower wasn’t very wide… for my wide shoulders. Evening meal in the restaurant which is a roof top terrace was delightful. 4* review just the dated room let it down. Thank you. It was located about 10-15mins flat walk from Roma Termini. Lots around the hotel to have a nosey too. I would stay again

Stayed in this hotel before but was disappointed in the Superior Double Room we were given, certainly did not match up with the photos. In particular, the shower cabinet was in the bedroom. Our friends had a much more typical room. Service was slow when had a problem with the hairdryer. Reception staff overall were friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations. Rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely

Less than a 15 min walk from the station the hotel is in a perfect place to explore the city. The room, although not large, was very comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed and clean. The rooftop restaurant was perfect for breakfast with a view and there was a great choice of food from the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. The free welcome drink was appreciated but it would have been good to have a kettle in the room as we were unable to have tea in the morning.

The hotel was modern, clean, and still had the Italian feel. The staff the was very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must see, we had a beautiful sunset dinner overlooking the city. The location is perfect with many of the key landmarks, shopping, and food all walking distance. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again!!
