Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and a seated living space separate from the bedroom. It’s not a far walk from the central areas of Porto, with easy access to nice places...

We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!

This is the best hotel that we've been to so far. The apartments are very modern and has every thing you can imagine for families with lil kids. A crib, bunk beds, a high stool, welcome packet for each kid, milk, juice, cookies etc. The full kitchen is certainly a bonus if you have specific dietary needs. We cooked food for two nights and the kids felt right at home. The free day care and the toy room was so much helpful...cant imagine staying at a normal hotel after this. I wish Martinhal...

This is a beautiful hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff, and great amenities. We were able to get a ride to the beach every day in the property’s “Tuk Tuk”, and truly enjoyed the calm, warm waters. Bianca, on the front desk, helped us secure tee times, and transportation. The restaurant was also outstanding, and the included breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this luxurious property to all of our friends, and hope to return some day!

Staying in a Tagus Marina house boat was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house boat was nice clean with comfortable beds the only critique would be that the living room could have had more comfortable seating options after a long day of exploring Lisbon. The location is great with a variety of restaurants, bars and the Lisbon Aquarium close by. The Lisboa Oriente station is within walking distance with access by train, bus or Metro to anywhere you would want...

Excellent experience, overall. The hotel is gorgeous and the ocean views are unbeatable. The property is very well taken care of and the staff were awesome—very friendly and accommodating. Ribeira Grande is a bit remote from Central Ponta Delgada, but everything is far away around the island anyway. A rental car is a must in São Miguel and having a car will make your experience more enjoyable all around.

People need to know that they have to bring swimming shoes to go swimming on the beach. It is rocky and sharp.

I love this place...close to the sanctuary and they have clean rooms, good price for the breakfast...

I had the pleasure to stay at Dolce CampoReal Lisbon last December and I can say the hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is 30 mins from Lisboa city call: Torres Vedras. Beautiful country side with utmost peace and serenity anyone can imagine. The hotel room was clean and very modern. The facilities, staff and management were very helpful and I had a great pleasure to had my stay there. Every morning when I woke up, I opened my window and looked outside like it was a small piece of heaven...

This place was great. We went to Lagos first and it was too busy. So we found this hotel and enjoyed the city. Dining was close by as was the beach. Our room was comfortable too.

This is our favorite hotel on San Miguel Island, we would never consider staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, out the door to the beach, shopping and the center of it all. I must say that the included breakfast continues to amaze and I only worry about overeating. The quality of the food is excellent and there is staff to ensure all needs are met. Hotel White Lisboa is an excellent hotel, I cannot express how great it was. The hotel is in the perfect location of Lisbon, the perfect size, beautiful, and amazing staff. We arrived at the airport and we were able to get to the hotel via the subway stop at the front door. The rooms had plenty of room with excellent views. We enjoyed the water pressure in the showers! The hotel is smaller which was great, so few rooms on each floor. The elevators were fast and each floor had motion sensor...

It was our first time in Algarve, and in this hotel. We arrived 2 hours early and didn't want to drag our suitcases to our boat trip to Benagil Caves. I called the hotel and the staff was super nice allowing us to check in 2 hours early without any hesitation into a beautifully decorated room with California king bed! I didn't expect much from this hotel to be honest, but it exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious, so clean, abundance of breakfast, the location is superb. Best...

Loved that it was literally next door from the Lisboa Oriente train station which we arrived in from Porto. The hotel was very nice and our room on the 15th floor had a spectacular view of the Parque Das Nacoes district with the Vasco De Gama Tower, Vasco De Gama bridge (longest in Europe), the Tagus river, the Altice Arena and surrounding shopping and walking areas. Saw a fantastic sunrise from our room before our morning breakfast buffet downstairs! I would recommend this hotel anytime, but...
