A lovely hotel, pleasant staff, spotlessly clean, quiet and in a great location right outside Saldanha Metro Station. Good luck though, finding the right exit to emerge right outside the hotel! 😂 we never did! We enjoyed staying in a room on the 9th floor that had a balcony with a view out over Lisbon. Good choice of foods for breakfast, including a pancake making machine! The rooftop swimming pool was nice too, even though the water is unheated! If we ever come back to Lisbon we would definitey choose to stay at Hotel White Lisboa again !

I stayed there for a conference, and generally had a very good experience. The hotel is located right next to the metro. Literally, you go out of the hotel directly into the Saldanha metro station on the yellow and red lines. This makes the hotel a great location from which to explore many parts of Lisbon (although bear in mind that many tourist attractions in the city aren't accessible by metro). It also makes getting there from the airport extremely easy, quick, and cheap. A bus station is within a short walking distance. And there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets in the neighborhood, which I came to really like. The hotel is tall and narrow, with two quick elevators, a small lobby, and, unfortunately, no gym. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is no noise from the street, but there's some noise from within the hotel, especially if they put you next to the housekeeping room. The room has all the usual amenities. The reception staff is nice and helpful. My main issue was with the breakfast, which was mediocre (much worse than in other hotels in Lisbon) and very vegan-unfriendly. There was no margarina, vegan cheese, or anything other than a super-sweet vegan yogurt. The breakfast staff was neither friendly nor willing to help solve this problem, which was lamentable given an otherwise great stay.
