My recent stay at the Golden Lisbon Hotel was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to Commerce Square and the river. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and my room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower and friendly welcome at reception. I only had one night in Lisbon, so I picked a hotel central to the city. The location was fantastic - a few blocks from the main plaza and central to many of the historic neighborhoods. It was just me staying, so I opted for the Superior Single Room, which was perfect. The room was clean and the shower pressure was strong. I arrived around 2pm, and the front desk watched my bags until check in at 3pm. I would highly recommend this property.

The hotel is well located for getting to many of the sightseeing venues in Lisbon. I took the Metro from the airport and I walked to the cruise port from the hotel. Very convenient. The staff were friendly and they allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. Although the room was not huge, it was quite comfortable for one person (I had a single room). The bathroom was also a decent size.
