"The hotel is lovely, it’s a shame that the staff service doesn’t reflect. Our check in process by the check in staff was very cold. I had already messaged the hotel as we had stayed there a few days prior and non of my requests were met.
There was a turn down service on our last night there which seemed quite odd as it was offered before.
The breakfast was good for a city hotel. Staff have to promoted about hot drinks, the time your drinks arrive you’ve almost finished breakfast. Overall a good stay. "
