Great staff! Flawless execution

Great hotel with highly finished and beautiful modern interior design. Location, staff and restaurant also excellent. Main issue to improve is hot water supply - we ran out of hot water just after 2 kids had a shower and it took long for hot water to be replenished. You would also expect a customised vanity set (shower cap, body lotion, shaver etc...) from an upmarket hotel of this sort. This was surprisingly missing. Trust these issues would be sorted out by the official opening and our return...

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in!

This is a beautiful hotel over all. The property is fantastic. The service is terrific. The breakfast was amazing. The beds however are horrific. It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete. Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority. It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud. The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.

Xara Palace is the perfect place to stay if you are planning on staying in Mdina for a couple of nights. Everything about this palace is amazing. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door till the minute we left.

This hotel certainly has a wow factor right when you walk in. It's probably one of the best hotels, if not thee best one, I've ever stayed at. Super clean. Nice, attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was top-notch. Big pool with sea view. Room was spacious as well. The hotel itself is in a prime location. Walking distance to a number of places to eat, the bars, clubs, bays and more. Would highly-recommend.

Great place!

Our stay was for 7 nights and we could not have been more impressed. The staff was absolutely amazing, special shout out to Asif, he made the best cocktails and was really personable. We ate at all of the restaurant's for the property and none of them disappointed us. Food was really good and the staff was again amazing. The spa was very nice and reasonably priced. Our room was super clean and we really enjoyed our sauna/pool suite. Turn down service was a nice touch as well.

The best place we've ever stayed. Will be coming back to Malta just to see Alexis and Nsh. Thank you for everything. We love you!
