Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, and the hospitality was exceptional. What made our stay even more special was the beautiful surprise they arranged for my partner’s birthday. They decorated the room so beautifully, and it was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly made the occasion memorable. ❤️ The attention to detail, kindness and service were absolutely amazing. Even though we only stayed for one night, they made us feel so welcome and looked after. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay and the birthday celebration so special. 🥰✨

Very nice modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Any queries or issues were dealt with quickly. We needed the safe reset as it didnt work and and staff came straight away. Same when the balcony door needed fixed. It was a nice touch that there was water dispensers and ice on two floors which meant we didnt need to buy water. Breakfast was good. Down side was that the fruit juices were watery . Nice selection and option to have eggs cooked to order. Down side was the balcony was tiny. The roof top pool was also small and not many chairs available. Overall a very good stay. I think is more suited for short breaks.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and clean. I used the sauna which was great. I thought the filtered water and ice station close to our room was great. The omelette at breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast staff were great.

Location was perfect walking distance to the night life . Make sure you stop for breakfast in the morning and please talk to Michael. He’s a wealth of knowledge of the island. Give him four minutes of your time every day and he knows the dues and don’ts this guy is definitely an asset to the hotel. He made our trip much better by guiding us where to go and we’re not to thanks again Michael we will be back.

The hotel was clean overall and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate, and the gym was acceptable, although it was consistently very warm for exercising. There were a few service issues during my four-night stay. Amenities such as box tissue and sanitary bags were not replenished, and housekeeping knocked on my door early each morning to ask whether I wanted the room cleaned, which affected the relaxed atmosphere of the trip. I also had concerns regarding a spa treatment booked through the hotel, as the experience did not meet the level of professionalism I expected. I have shared my feedback directly with the hotel. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but it did not fully meet my expectations for a hotel in this category.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand new hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with a really lovely atmosphere throughout. The location couldn’t be better - close to bus stops, a large supermarket, and plenty of great restaurants, which made exploring so easy and convenient. What I appreciated the most was how the hotel became a place I genuinely looked forward to returning to after a full day of sightseeing. It’s perfect if you want to unwind, whether that’s relaxing in the spa or pool, or simply enjoying the comfort and calm of the rooms. I also really appreciated a water refill station, which is a great sustainable touch! A special thank you to the entire team and management for making my stay so memorable. Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with care, which made a real difference. The attention to detail truly stands out, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into creating such a great guest experience. Fint och rent rum, bara lite konstigt att det inte fanns någon duschvägg eller liknande då det rann vatten över hela golvet när man duschade. Frukosten var inte särskilt bra, äggröran var grön och gick knappt att tugga. Däremot var det ett plus att man kunde beställa omelette om man ville ha det. Poolen är extremt liten och det fanns bara 2 ”solstolar” i solen resten var i skuggan.
