Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

Our villa with private pool was fantastic - very spacious, great A/C and excellent showers (there are multiple!) with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was surprisingly good (over 100/100). Delicious breakfast that you can have delivered to the villa at no additional cost. Loved that they provided a huge water dispenser with drinking water on the room!

The Maya Ubud was incredible! Perfect for a couples getaway. The property and grounds are beautiful and the villas are quiet and very private. Even though the resort was almost full it never felt that way, the atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious the entire time. The breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate does not disappoint, it was our best meal most days. This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at, at the beach! Everything is 'top notch'! It is a smaller resort with Suites and Villas, on a generous property with a gorgeous, private beach! This allows for unbelievable service and a feeling of peace as you are never trying to 'get a spot' in a crowd at the beach or pool or restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious! The property is immaculate with beautiful artifacts and well taken care of by a very, very polite staff. They can’t do enough for you. The spa is wonderful overlooking the ocean. They go out of their way to make you so happy.

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

A lovely stay right on the beach. Helpful staff. The 1 bedroom is fantastic. Ground floor is poolside so no view of the ocean, but the beach is across the street. Lovely team. The restaurant is popular and does a fantastic breakfast.

Great hotel, the room seems to have been a smoking room, it smelled little bad. We also found a cockroach. The rest were perfect, great breakfast, environment and pool area. Good for couple and for relaxing. I feel that the hotel is slightly overpriced.

To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I planned to have a relaxing vacation in Bali. Everything was really great! I absolutely loved our stay and the villa was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and so nice. I highly recommend and would definitely love to come back here.

We spent the December holiday week here in a 2 bedroom villa with our teenagers and had a fantastic time. The villa is large and well laid out and the private pool with cabana was just perfect. The outdoor showers were gorgeous and the bath tub was enormous. It's a 5 minute walk to the main street where there are a plethora of tasty, well priced restaurants.
