I heard that staying here would be like a home away from home and this was very much true. You instantly feel like an extended member of the hotel staffs’ family which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our room was perfect, with a great balcony, and a bathtub which felt like it was designed to lay in for hours! Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, with a great mix of Indonesian and western cuisine, and the different egg options was a very nice touch (especially given they were cooked fresh as and when you wanted them). Special shoutouts to Eka and Wisnu - you guys were absolutely fabulous, so kind and gentle, and just made our stay one of the best so far in Bali which, after two months, is no mean feat! Will come back for sure if I am ever in Sanur again! <3

Checking in was professional and friendly & the lobby was welcoming. All staff were extremely accommodating, polite & friendly.& they all wanted to make sure your stay was enjoyable. The room was huge & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean nevertheless. Loved the 2 pools & spa facilities although i didn't get to indulge in any of the treatments unfortunately. Maybe next time. Located very close to a ton of restaurants, bars & cafes overlooking the beach. Super location if you're catching a fast ferry to the Giies. Only a 5-10 minute walk depending on which way you go (there is a back pathway from the villas along the beach as well). Beautiful gardens & villas & the restaurant is in a beautiful setting too with a bright airy ambience. Thankyou for a lovely stay, it was very enjoyable.

Have travelled to Bali since 1989 and Sri Phala reminds me of what Bali was like when I first arrived, in every good way. The accomodation is old school Bali, spacious and quiet. I would recommend that villas at the rear of the property, away from the main room, but everywhere in the complex is lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Would def stay at Sir Phala again.
