We had a great stay at Sri Phala! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, private, and surrounded by nature. We also loved the two pools and the dinning room area. Agung and all staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was buffet, with lots of variety and quality products. The area of Sanur is quiet and at the same time with plenty of options for eating out. It is also well connected to take the ferry for Nusa Penida or other places in Bali.

Very nice stay in Sri Phala. The staff is excellent, Agung at reception was kind and attentionate. The location is really lovely: the two pools, the restaurant, the garden, the spa. When you arrive from the road entrance you wouldn’t believe how pretty it is inside. There was maintenance on the entryway pavement but it will be complete and back to perfect soon. Had a lovely stay, excellent breakfast overlooking the second pool. Sad I missed the BBQ and traditional dancing night (every Wednesday night)!!

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi!

I heard that staying here would be like a home away from home and this was very much true. You instantly feel like an extended member of the hotel staffs’ family which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our room was perfect, with a great balcony, and a bathtub which felt like it was designed to lay in for hours! Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, with a great mix of Indonesian and western cuisine, and the different egg options was a very nice touch (especially given they were cooked fresh as and when you wanted them). Special shoutouts to Eka and Wisnu - you guys were absolutely fabulous, so kind and gentle, and just made our stay one of the best so far in Bali which, after two months, is no mean feat! Will come back for sure if I am ever in Sanur again! <3
