"The resort is stunning! Although certain areas were closed for repairs, that did not detract from the overall experience or the beauty, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and one particular staff member, Stefeny Pinnace went above and beyond to make it memorable. Stefeny coordinated with the Housekeeping manager to have balloons, confetti and a towel animal set up in my room. They also had a cake with strawberries on a tray delivered to my room. Stefeny also made reservations for me at San Simon restaurant. From the day I checked in, Stefeny made me feel like I was more than just a guest. You entire staff, from housekeeping to the waiters, bartenders, grounds people were some of the sweetest, polite, professional, most amazing group of employess. I forgot the name of the young man that helped me with my bags the day I checked in, I would also like to recognize him. Let him know I apologize for not recalling his name, I looked for him while I was there to give him a token of appreciation but did not see him. Please relay a heartfelt thank you to your entire staff for making my birthday not only amazing but memorable. I will definitely be back not only to Roatan but to Mayan Pricess Resort specifically. Thank you again
