Friendly staff clean place good place for relaxing and having fun

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

The service was excellent and the staff were respectful. The rooms and food are clean and delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at villa, it was amazing.

From the reception to the beach everything was super clean and sparkling. Plants and trees were well taken care of and hotel and garden staff were amazing in doing there job. The hotel is perfectly located next to the sea, with its private beach, 2 huge pools with all day super fun activities going on AND an incredible gym and jacuzzi open till late..Parasailing and Boat Excursion offers available just at your finger tips.. I travel extensively for work and vacation and have eaten many places. The buffet here was probably the best I have ever enjoyed. Breakfast featured fresh honey dripping from a honeycomb (I have never ever encountered this). Dinner included a chocolate fountain. The dish options for all meals were overwhelming--just like I enjoy! This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it. The resort was the best I have ever been to! Absolutely LOVED it!! I will be coming back again and again. I told a few of my friends that we need to go there as well as planning a family vacation at the same resort.

What hilton offers is a proper guest experience. Big part of having amazing trip to hurghada is the hitel experience and this because you have great team working there. Mohamed Abdel Hafeiz reception supervisor went for the WOW service in my second stay again. This guys is amazing and these people should be hilton future leaders.

The first time we were here 2 years ago, we loved it and didn't even think of looking for another hotel when we decided to be back in Sharm el Sheikh. Actually, Sultan Gardens was the reason that we wanted to be back here. And for our 2nd stay, they didn't disappoint us at all and our friends who were with us for the first time absolutely loved it as well.

Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again
