Rixos hotel exceeded my expectations by a mile. The staff were very helpful especially Mariam Magdy. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the sea, with its private beach, 2 huge pools with all day super fun activities going on AND an incredible gym and jacuzzi open till late..Parasailing and Boat Excursion offers available just at your finger tips.. I travel extensively for work and vacation and have eaten many places. The buffet here was probably the best I have ever enjoyed. Breakfast featured fresh honey dripping from a honeycomb (I have never ever encountered this). Dinner included a chocolate fountain. The dish options for all meals were overwhelming--just like I enjoy! This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it. What hilton offers is a proper guest experience. Big part of having amazing trip to hurghada is the hitel experience and this because you have great team working there. Mohamed Abdel Hafeiz reception supervisor went for the WOW service in my second stay again. This guys is amazing and these people should be hilton future leaders.

The first time we were here 2 years ago, we loved it and didn't even think of looking for another hotel when we decided to be back in Sharm el Sheikh. Actually, Sultan Gardens was the reason that we wanted to be back here. And for our 2nd stay, they didn't disappoint us at all and our friends who were with us for the first time absolutely loved it as well.

The service provided by the staff is phenomenal. Great food in the restaurant! Real vegetables! Very comfortable rooms with excellent views of the Red Sea.

Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again

Would love to visit again. Staff warm and helpful. Hotel looks nice even if you can easily get lost sometimes. Dining area offers many seating options including no-smoking and no air conditioning. Truly a beautiful location with the mountains, the sea and the endless clean beaches. It was easy to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing the hotel was looking after everything.
