The room was spotless, bright and sunny, great view. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. It did not have a mini fridge, which would have been helpful as we had snacks for our hiking. And also wish they had a fan- it was warm at night

The owner Jacob was amazing. Very good attitude and attention to the needs of the guests. Gave great insight on the area and the trekking experience. Could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend and also go back if we are in the area again.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. It is in the best part of Valparaíso, the safest area with excellent restaurants near. The staff is helpful and all speak English. Sophia was my favorite, she was kind and helpful. Pablo the manager was like a long lost friend. You choose your own breakfast options. The value here is incredible. I would return in a heartbeat.

Wifi does not work well in the rooms. Had to go closer to reception for it to work. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room bed were comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from property and some rooms. Currently no pool or hot tub.

Many thanks to the young man at check in who helped us get into a room a bit earlier, and gave us a map to a place to have our laundry done. He was wonderful!

Beautiful beautiful place clean rooms very nice

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall

Perfect location, nicest views

The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.
