"Room was spectacular with views right over the harbour bridges, the opera house and out to the heads. The room cleaning was a bit slow, not turning up till 4-4.30 but the staff were friendly and helpful. The altitude restaurant was sensational and they managed to put us into a window seat two nights running even though we booked at the last minute. I had a facial at the spa which was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. All in all I thought the hotel and staff were second to none and I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to get one of the harbour view rooms. "
