I had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff were amazing. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean and tidy, I used to Gym pool sauna spa and that was luxurious. Starting out a stay walking into a nice smelling reception area is always a pleasure, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was also. The bed was very soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was very very hot! Good pressure and a nice way to start the day. Super local to some great coffee shops and food places, under ground parking and a 20 minute walk to the QVB, it was the perfect place for an overnight stay.

The hotel was well located for the Sydney Central Station which is why I chose it. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Shower good but I had the most terrible disturbed nights sleep because of noise. Although only talking normal volume, I could hear every word of the conversation of the neighbouring guests, and during the night, on several occasions, a child was allowed to run, shouting up and down the hotel corridor outside the room. I did’nt call reception, as each time it stopped before I could do so, only to happen again, and again later.
