My children, mother and me. Room to small and not suitable for children. Bed way to soft and sunk into it. Pillow’s to high to sleep on, had a sore neck. Breakfast great choice of food every morning. Staff friendly.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff were amazing. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean and tidy, I used to Gym pool sauna spa and that was luxurious. Great little mini holiday after a long week at work. Will definitely be back. Thanks for accommodating for my Night Shift and getting me a later check out. All the best.

Hotel in need of a refurbishment. All areas were quite dark and dated. Bed was comfortable but felt a little lopsided. Room was large, but felt unclean. Early check in was available which was useful and staff were super friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Light switch was flickering in our room and the lifts are very slow. We tried to take the stairs but doors were locked.

Starting out a stay walking into a nice smelling reception area is always a pleasure, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was also. The bed was very soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was very very hot! Good pressure and a nice way to start the day. Super local to some great coffee shops and food places, under ground parking and a 20 minute walk to the QVB, it was the perfect place for an overnight stay.

2/10 Poor

The hotel was well located for the Sydney Central Station which is why I chose it. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Shower good but I had the most terrible disturbed nights sleep because of noise. Although only talking normal volume, I could hear every word of the conversation of the neighbouring guests, and during the night, on several occasions, a child was allowed to run, shouting up and down the hotel corridor outside the room. I did’nt call reception, as each time it stopped before I could do so, only to happen again, and again later.

10/10 Exceptional

Upon check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was of good size and all appointments were good. The only thing I could possibly say could be better was the length of glass in the bath shower. It could have been longer which would limit the amount of water that went on the floor. Bed was very comfortable.
