"The hotel is a 2 or a 3 star hotel as there are a lot of things that need to be changed. Firstly there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom and when even asked not because I needed it but just in case the staff said they don’t have also no coffee or tea in the room and to now make everything was the breakfast was not good at all everything was so cold. To me the only good thing about this hotel is just the location nothing else. "
"The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."
