Very nice hotel with nice rooms and facilities. The room is well equipped and has a small balcony. Clean and reception stuff does a great job. The breakfast is good. Hotel is located in the city center, The closest beach is approx 25 min. walking distance. The only small thing for improvement - The floor in the spa is very slippery.

Excellent service. The ladies at reception were very helpful, room was cleaned everyday to a great standard. Has a spa service and shopping mall. Only downside was that our window was facing the restaurant and people could see inside if we opened the curtains. Other than that it was great. Would recommend.

The hotel exceeded expectations. I loved how they provided a bathrobe, toothbrush, tooth paste, shower cap and etc. This is so rare in hotels nowadays. The food at Atrium restaurant was 10/10, still dreaming of the truffle pasta. Will definitely be coming back with my loved ones.

Excellent staff. Everyone was so helpful and even gave us a late check out, although the hotel was fully booked. Spa staff was also very helpful and nice, I would totally recommend this place. Thanks again for great service and I’ll be seeing you again in the future👌

Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!

Grand Duka is the perfect place to stay in Durrës. The staff were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The spa, included in the hotel fee, was such a wonderful treat. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Durrës, Albania. 10/10!

Amazing staff, very attentive and great communication throughout. I booked the hotel as a surprise trip for my one year anniversary and the staff helped with decorating the room and providing a cake, I was also able to book a couples spa treatment ahead of my stay. Big thank you to all the members of staff that helped; Anisa, Paola and everyone. Thank you for memorable experience!
