"The staff were all amazing! Julieta went above and beyond, even before our arrival, to help us book transportation to the island, golf carts, and dinner reservations for Christmas. And although she was off site, continued to check in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The staff at the front desk were exceptional also. And the staff at the restaurant all worked very (very) hard to make sure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and continuously replenished. They were a great team with a great leader who worked equally as hard! The rooms were very clean and each day they gave us a couple bottles of water. Everyday they raked the beach, swept by the pool, and mopped the sidewalk tiles. Prior to our arrival I read some really alarming reviews that made me doubt our choice of hotels. Unsure if some of these are meant for their other resort, The Blue, which is close-by? So although I often think that nothing is perfect, our stay at My Blue came really close! "

"Beautiful hotel with tasteful, updated rooms and gorgeous common areas. The lobby is stunning with a massive open palapa roof and abundant 'boho' style furnishings and natural textile accessories. Make sure to take a look at the black and white photo on the wall of the palapa being constructed, it is impressive! Grounds were meticulously kept and staff were all professional and helpful. The landscaping with tropical plants, ensured that all ground floor rooms had ample privacy. Breakfast options were varied and there was the option to have made-to-order eggs (omelettes, huevos rancheros, etc). The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided in case you are somebody like me, who needs the heavy blanket even in the tropical climate. Showers were consistently hot, which is something that we have come to discover is rare in Mexican boutique hotels. I loved everything about this hotel and cannot wait to come back!"

"The only thing i would change are the beds, they were small and pretty uncomfortable. But everything else was amazing! We will for sure return just try anothervroom with different beds. Would love to honeymoon there!"
