"Surprising that if you wanted to use the pool you have to pay but the Onsen was included. For Western culture travelers with kids/teenagers we would have prefer to have the free access to the pool. Hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not sure if it was the language barriers that make the process of things slow. Over all I would recommend the hotel."

"The hotel’s location was great. Had to walk a little to get to the main areas but not a long walk. I felt a little catfished with the size of the rooms though. The room looked much bigger in pictures than it was in person. The room was so small to get ready in that we spent most of our time in the lounge/balcony area. The lounge area was probably our favorite part because the rooms are tiny. I expected rooms in Tokyo to be tiny but even this one in Osaka was tiny."
