Beautiful stay! Loved that they had a play area for young children. Laundry room is located on 5th floor, not in-room, but still very convenient. Good location close to Dotonbori

The lounge on the 6th floor was great, it was a nice quiet and clean space to regroup. It was nice to have free coffee and tea but the selection could have been better. Staff we very helpful and also accommodating (they allowed us to stay in the lounge 2 extra hours until our car came to pick us up from the airport). Location was also great, it was a cleaner, quieter street which we really appreciated.
