This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. This Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location is right outside the Bergamo Alta wall. It is very quiet, has a wonderful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, great view and artfully furnished.

My husband, my daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Falck Village Hotel from March 30-April 4, 2015. We loved this hotel for its decor, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. It is a bit of a distance from city center, but we knew this when we booked. We would stay here again.
Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well
The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I chose this hotel because it is close to the red line of the subway which gives you easy access to downtown Milan and all its railway stations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will certainly go back to this hotel when traveling to Milan.
The location is a quiet cul-de-sac. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned with a somewhat decent view. Breakfast was plentiful with adequate variety. Dinner was limited at this time due to COVID restrictions but fine for me. The staf was helpful and friendly. you could tell this was a family establishment.
My husband and I loved our experience here. The hotel staff (owners?) were so welcoming! We loved the location, the room, and all of the information they provided for us. Parking is nearby, at 20 euros per night, though when we checked out they let us stay parked for as long as we would like! This is a great hotel and very close to everything in old town.
