This is a fantastic hotel! Everything is amazingly clean, staff is super friendly and the breakfast and amenities are great! Located in Citta Alta and walkable within that district. The hotel also has a parking space. Highly recommend this well designed and well run hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit.

I am glad to have had the chance to stay here. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the wonderful old town of upper Bergamo. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and I could not rate them highly enough. I wish I had had the chance to stay for the breakfast as it looked wonderful but I had an early flight to catch. The room was as expected and bathroom was clean but the most uncomfortable pillows I have slept on for a long time
