This is a really beautiful hotel, the staff are excellent as was the breakfast! This stay would have achieved five stars except for one thing. In the bedroom for tea and making facilities we have paper cups, and no milk on either day. For the price we paid, we would’ve expected China mugs or cup’s and saucers. Huge comfy bed and lovely bathroom with toiletries was an added bonus 😊

Perfect!!!

Beautiful, easily accessible hotel! We have been there several times, but if we are in the area, we will stay here again next time! Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a perfect bathroom! The staff is very kind and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is really great, but is not obvious how to reach on foot from Bergamo Centre. The facilities in the hotel are very good, the problem was a football team was also staying at the same time, which maybe distracted the hotel staff and meant certain things were closed off. For example on arrival I booked a table at the hotel bistro that night for 7pm, but on arrival was told the bistro opened at 8pm - the hotel desk said there had been a mistake and it in fact opened at 7.30pm!! (in the event I still had a good meal). I also booked a spa slot for the following morning and was told someone would deliver a robe & slippers to my room 30 mins beforehand, but this did not happen. I still came down and used the gym via a pass I had been given, but there were no staff at all at the spa. Also getting out of the complex on foot via the security gate was difficult, probably due to security for the football team. However - would use the hotel again.

Bad experience!

We have stayed at the hotel several times before and have always been satisfied, which is why we always choose this place whenever we’re in the area.
However, during our recent two-night stay, we had such a negative experience that we will definitely be looking for a different hotel next time. We always book the same type of room, but unlike previous occasions, we were given a room on the back side of the hotel instead of the front. The room looked the same on the surface...
BUT * It was extremely noisy, we hardly slept at all... the glass made loud cracking noises during the night, waking us up repeatedly! * The fridge wasn’t working – it was most likely unplugged, and we couldn’t plug it back in because the socket wasn’t accessible. * There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the extractor fan didn’t work either.

Frukosten var jättebra och personalen där var verkligen på tårna. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför Bergamo. Om man inte har bil, så: 1. Tågstationen Ospedale trafikeras inte, för det finns inget spår! 2. Det finns bussar från Ospedale, men ingen går till Stazione. All kommunal transport innebär gående och väntade på anslutande bussar. 3. Om man skall lämna hotellområdet, så får man gå ner för en trappa till en väg- och tågundergång som går både norr och söder ut. Restaurangerna var samtliga för inrktade på hel menyätande kunder. Något enklare finns inte alls.

La chambre était magnifique tout est contrôlé par domotique avec des boutons électroniques et tout est contrôlable était super bien et c'est super agréable j'ai passé un super bon séjour dans cet hôtel. PS : les boutons du volet ne fonctionne pas correctement c'est le seul petit défaut
