About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...
We have been to Milan 15 times and always stayed in 5 star hotels at a big price.. Spadari-four stars and a very fair price- is a great Hotel. Do have dinner there. A small menu, but excellent.
The location is a quiet cul-de-sac. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned with a somewhat decent view. Breakfast was plentiful with adequate variety. Dinner was limited at this time due to COVID restrictions but fine for me. The staf was helpful and friendly. you could tell this was a family establishment.
This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests needs. It is located in the city center, so most activities are at walkable distance. You can literally walk to the Duomo.

Great location just a 5 minute walk from the Milan Duomo. Close to shopping and dining. The hotel was very clean and our room was wonderful. Well thought out use of space. The breakfast was AMAZING! Made to order omelet station, fresh fruits and juices and many other options. Was one of the best breakfasts we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Milan.
If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.
Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to main attractions (15 mns) and trams and trains within a short 2-5 minute walk. Area feels a little unsafe, specially at night with many individuals hanging outside bars, or simply observing people as they walk by. However, we did not experienced any major concerns but solo females or families with small children may feel somewhat different. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in five different hotels during our trips and Atahotel is the best one. The room is spacious. The facility, the whole hotel is very new and big. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. There is no public transportation right outside of hotel, but the hotel provides free shuttle to the nearest subway station, which is about 5 min drive.
We stayed there for one night twice. The first night when we arrived in Italy we used media as our starting point. The place wasn't easy to find by car. The room was a standard room but the bathroom wasn't as clean as we had expected. We complained and asked to be given a better room. On our return, we got upgraded and got a really nice room.
