Very nice property currently being updated with new AC units, stucco and painting. Room had older furniture but was very comfortable. Restaurant on site. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was excellent! Very helpful. This property is NOT Naples and very expensive to taxi to Naples (70 euro one way). Nothing nearby to walk to.

Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Was located in a convenient location near the train station. Great staff! Alfredo was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very family friendly. Im going to tell you exactly how it is. If you dont mind driving 45 minutes each way to Sorrento this is your spot. Has a easy access from the freeway. 20 real minutes from the airport at 5 am perhaps 30 to 40 in rush hour. Hotel rooftop is amazing. room is perfect for 3 people at least the one we stayed. the hotel have very small parking area. but they have agremant with big parking space in the acrosing the street. but you need to pay for this parking

This one of the best places I stayed, in terms of location and friendliness of the hosts. I was having trouble getting a bus ticket when I was leaving, and they helped get me ticket, showed me where to go, and even called the bus station so I had photos of what the bus looked like and exactly what the stop looked like. As a solo traveler, this was a wonderful experience!

Increíble nuestra estadía. Ernesto fue muy amable y nos dio muy buenos tips como también nos ayudó con el alojamiento en otro hotel. La locación excelente, segura y cercana a transporte y al centro histórico. El cuarto amplio, limpio, buena ducha, colchón cómodo y el desayuno abajo con un muy buen café y diferentes pastelitos. Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente.

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.
