Very nice property currently being updated with new AC units, stucco and painting. Room had older furniture but was very comfortable. Restaurant on site. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was excellent! Very helpful. This property is NOT Naples and very expensive to taxi to Naples (70 euro one way). Nothing nearby to walk to.
Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!
The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...

We arrived by car late at night. The hotel is on an alley off of a road. Google directed us there correctly (not the case for many places in italy and particularly away from Rome). Nice off-street parking with shade trees in a garden right behind the hotel- but in view of the main building. Check in desk was open after midnight and attendant was helpful and informed. Room was clean and ready. We had a family room with bunk beds and a queen/double bed. Very basic but also very clean throughout....
