Beautiful hotel! Super nice suites high tech very clean tasty breakfast nice garden restaurant very friendly & helpful staff!! Each and every one there was smiling and made our stay special ! Will definitely go back & enjoy this new hidden luxury hotel in Milan

I stayed in this hotel to be near the Milan Linate airport. I took a taxi from the airport and returned in the am by taxi it was about a 10 minute ride but cost was 29 Euros on return presumably because it was 4AM. The intriguing feature was a covered area that you could park 2 cars outside the door of the room. I am american so this may be a Motel in Europe. The staff were very accommodating and everything was clean. The night staff even made me an espresso before I checked out.

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan

This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again! Highly Recommend!!!

Good experiencie, the hotel Is very nice and in a good neighborhood , nice cafeterías around to enjoy a good italian coffe,, on friday there Is a local market place where you can find fruit, bread, clothes, shoes. Nice shops around, a church.

If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food. The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too. The front desk staff was also great. Would gladly come back to Hyatt Milano.

Very good hotel - looks brand new, very good maintenance and very clean. In a walking distance (about 10 minutes) from a train which brings you in 15 minutes to Milan city center, for 1.7 Euros for each direction. Due to the free parking this hotel is probably the most cost effective solution for tourists with a car. The hotel is very conveniently located literally in the center of the action. The staff is very professional and proactive: you can tell they have been trained(and empowered) to solve problemas, like a sudden electric fuss that lead to an immediate change of room to a superb junior suite. Had a quick 1 night stay in Milan. Arrived early before check-in and planned to store our luggage, but got lucky and our room was ready early so we were able to freshen up after a long flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, wish we were staying more than one night!

I had a mishap and took the wrong train, ended up in Milan instead of Rome! The staff here were very nice and helpful!! Turned what could have been nightmare into a dream at a rooftop bar!
