Great hotel and very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good! Only point is, if you are someone who doesn't like noise, you can hear your room neighbour very well.

Everything and everyone was amazing and so worth it for the price, especially for the central location yet quite. My only suggestion is to open the bar later as by the time we came back from our dinner was already closed. But overall perfect place to stay. I will fully recommend it.

We stayed here for one night at the last minute when our flight was canceled and were delighted with our impromptu stay. Well located near the lovely castle. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful recommending places to eat. Large rooms. Attractive and spacious indoor and outdoor common areas. Beautiful sculptures and paintings by an Italian artist. A free welcome drink during happy hour. Mini-bar stocked with complimentary waters and soft drinks. We would return!

Really loved this place! Location was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the nightly happy hour drinks and snacks were a welcome surprise, as were the free drinks in the fridge. If we’re ever in Milan again, would stay here without a doubt.

Great hotel at the heart of Milan. Some things we really enjoyed about our experience here: the location is excellent for access to the whole city (it’s within walking distance of the Duomo, Galleria, and the castle); the air conditioning was great after we spoke to the front desk and they helped us cool the room down; the complimentary breakfast and daily free drink for apertivo was delightful; the room was quite large for a city hotel and the bathroom was an excellent size.

The staff were helpful and engaged and the property has a good breakfast with plenty of options. The propertly has close access to many Milan tourist sites and is near to a Metro point for going further and to the airport train.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Milan. The location was ideal, only a short walk to most places, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the artwork beautiful and our rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great, with a large selection of fresh food. We would definitely stay there again.
