A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us."

"Our stay at Padma Resort Ubud was exceptional, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia. One of the biggest standouts was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered probably the best diversity of cuisines I have experienced at any hotel in the world. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Fire & Feast experience, which included an incredible platter with five different proteins, sides, sauces, soup, salad, and gelato. There is also so much to do within the resort. We enjoyed the hike to the bamboo bridge, and the hotel offers numerous complimentary activities, including archery, golf, animal feeding, and fishing. The swimming pool and fitness center were also excellent, and I appreciated being able to maintain my daily exercise routine. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and hospitable, and we appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival. The location is also convenient for exploring Ubud and the surrounding attractions. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel this resort deserves even more recognition. With stronger marketing, I think Padma Resort Ubud could easily become an even more well-known destination. We would absolutely stay here again."

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏"
