"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing, including a breakfast buffet with so many choices. Beach restaurant included bar service. Evening entertainment at bar restaurant. Bicycles available for guests to borrow. Gym facility available to all guests. Spa with many options reasonably priced. Gardens were beautiful. Several pools to choose from. A little piece of Bali Paradise."

"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return."

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "
