"It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. "Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "
