"Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves."

"Was disappointed at first as the room was very small, However we were only there to sleep and everything worked despite the cramped conditions. Bed was very comfortable much to our surprise, sheets good. The front desk service won us over. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite and efficient.
Ended saying it was very good value if just you wanted somewhere sleep."

We had a car and were able to park across the street at a free parking lot that always had space available even thought it’s not very big. The hotel was very spacious, clean, quiet and equipped with AC. The breakfast was a su charge but it was delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who don’t want to break the bank yet want a good comfy clean hotel."
