"Falsely advertised as a spa hotel but they have not built the spa facilities or the indoor pool yet. When we questioned this they took no responsibility and blamed Expedia. Garden areas are just dry patches of grass that have had little attention. Staff are all pretty junior and not able to deal with requests without referring to a manager. There were not enough sun loungers and not enough staff to clear empty glasses from the pool area and to re-set breakfast

Breakfast is great. There are many facilities, however, for travelling with older children during the winter months, not very well thought as the spa and pool are for adults only with very limited one hour slot for children every two days. Also, even though there are pictures of sports fields outside the hotel, those are not part of the hotel, and use of municipal fields was restricted from tourists altogether."

"Great stay. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels too. Staff were friendly. Dining room was also clean and tidy. Some nights had to queue to get in, but not a massive wait. Food was ok, always something to eat. Just sometimes wasn’t hot enough. Pool area was nice, some sun beds were broken, and not the most comfortable, but I suppose you can’t have everything. All in all had a great time. "

"Petit séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Caleta. Une équipe au top! La qualité de l'accueil, d'être au petit soin pour ses clients, on adore !!! Et puis il y a Joseph, une personne exceptionnelle qui saura vous ravir de son expérience dans son métier. Une équipe humaine, bienveillante, tout ce que nous recherchons ! 😉. L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé. Si je reviens à Lloret de Mar, je choisirai l'hôtel Caleta sans aucune hésitation ! Merci à toute l'équipe !!! Nelly."
