Great place. Great food, employees are friendly. I love it and the area is at a nice cozy quiet place

Such a beautiful spot. Being near the horses and kittens was so great for our kids. It was so clean. And so quiet. We would come back here over and over if we didn’t live in the US. Perfect distance from the Hieldeberg and the town close by is beautiful in its own right.

We enjoyed our time with our three kids in the family suite and would book again! I will say, be prepared that even though there is a restaurant in the hotel do not expect to get a table unless you've arranged reservations prior. We were turned away and needed to order food. It was not a big deal, but did alter our plans a bit as we did not expect to need this as hotel guests. Pools were both great and we thought the room was very large and comfortable as well as clean.

Nice and very new hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but they’re set up in a smart way plus having a small balcony is a great thing to have.

Hotel was perfect for us as location is perfect for walking to town, catching bus and to train station. Room was large and clean with a small patio and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

This was the first hotel on a 2 week trip with 9 other friends. Only one other hotel compared with the great quality. The front staff was great, rooms large, solid breakfast, good bar, easy parking, and lots of eating choices within a medium walk /short drive. While this was a pass through location, we will stay here again if we stay in the Heidelberg area.

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect

We enjoyed our stay a lot. I will look for this hotel when I travel next time!! Only wish there was a pool. We stopped by restaurant called Reids ( not at the hotel, but just south of train Station- marvelous lunch!!

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Lovely people and great hotel

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

No air conditioning, quite hot and humid.

The hotel is in a great location - right by the bridge and castle. The room was huge and we could have stayed there for weeks, it felt so comfortable. Restaurant has the best food in town.

Great location, large room, by far the best shower of the trip.

We stayed in the newly renovated building and thought it was gorgeous. The cleanliness, finishings and design are world class. One of the best places I have stayed. We had 2 young kids on the sofa bed and it was perfect.
