Nice hotel with excellent staff. Good bar that was open late. Hotel was a little walk from the Old Town area [30mins], but on a nice day that was fine. We ate at the attached Italian restaurant which was great. Underground parking was a bonus, but chargeable.

Had a lovely stay here! The staff was wonderful, and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the storage area prior to check-in. Bicycles were available for rent, which makes old town a quick hop away. Small but quiet and well-designed room with comfy furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!

Beautiful spacious room with a nice balcony and a welcome pack of gummy bears for my son. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the old town and no pool, the fire , I wouldn’t recommend for families
