Very cool hotel. Loved the room and the views.

Loved the location of the hotel. You can see the city below from the mountain and you can look at the Alps mountain range. You can also go on a hike. I wish I had more time. I will definitely visit this location again.

Nice modern hotel which once an insurance company. So you have the feel of staying in an historic hotels with modern amenities.

Convenient self check in station as soon as you enter the property. My room was clean and had a breathtaking view!

Beautiful property. Awesome location. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff great too. We had a problem with our first room. They tried to fix the tv and couldn’t, so they moved us to an upgraded room. However, when we got to that room- immediately we can hear the toilet running. So we say thanks but no. Emma, at reception, was fantastic. She was really busy with other customers- but she managed to get us another room. Guess what- no internet… it’s an old building with lots of stucco. I am tired and...

Leopoldskron was a highlight of a 6 country/7 hotel trip. Friendly staff, beautiful property, and easy access to old town via car or taxi (typically about 10 euro each way). The main building is an amazing thing to explore...beautiful rooms and great history. Our room wasn't in that building...more plain jane/contemporary design but on the same property. Super friendly staff, frint desk and bar staff. Nice accommodations. Not far from the train and the cable car.

The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was a good value. I recommend staying on the ground floor if you have American standards (ha) for air conditioning in the summer.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city if you want to see the city by foot. Lots of restuarants and pubs nearby as well as sightseeing points of interest. Staff were great and you can leave cases there should you geet there early of leave well after chek out time. Will definetly book in again, when I go back

There is nothing I didn't like except for probably a weirdly working AC, that allowed for a very limited range of temperatures to be set. The definite and GREAT positive is the location within walking distance to all major places to see.

This Sheraton Grand property was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms Were comfortable. The floors were nice and warm In the bathroom. The bed very Comfortable, overall this is a nice place to stay and experience beautiful Salzburg.

A warm greeting with champagne sure goes a long way in my book. Classy but not fussy describes our delightful check-in experience. A clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed welcomed us upstairs. While the clientelle seemed more interested in Armani rather than Amadeus, the staff stayed cool amid the throng of the Hermes set. A bit beyond our budget, but for a splurge, it was great.
