We were a family of 5. Very comfortable stay and extremely helpful staff. We had Mehdi and Zehra help us at reception and they gave us excellent service. Quick 15 mins walk to the center or the bus station was just outside. Great experience.

The hotel is new and very well managed. It is modern and clean. We have benefitted from the hotel's automatic laundry and drying services. We had also the possibility to rend a Nespresso machine for a very low price. The hotel gives also the possibility to puchase the Salzburg card. The position is very close to the Salzburg main station from which you can travel by public transportation to all directions. The reception and clearning personnel was very kind with us. Adding a fridge in the rooms would help.

This Hotel was very clean and very accommodating. We discovered that they provide a washer and dryer, in which my wife and I took advantage of. (of course there was a small charge)

Exceptionally beautiful. Very pricey, but it was very fancy. No microwave in room, but there was a refrigerator. The “family room” had 2 beds and a sofa bed, so my family of 4 needed 2 rooms. In the second room the beds were together into one bed. Not ideal. But the decorative details and the large size of the room was great. The lack of hotel parking or close by parking was not great. We parked in a garage down the street.
