The hotel is new and very well managed. It is modern and clean. We have benefitted from the hotel's automatic laundry and drying services. We had also the possibility to rend a Nespresso machine for a very low price. The hotel gives also the possibility to puchase the Salzburg card. The position is very close to the Salzburg main station from which you can travel by public transportation to all directions. The reception and clearning personnel was very kind with us. Adding a fridge in the rooms would help.

Exceptionally beautiful. Very pricey, but it was very fancy. No microwave in room, but there was a refrigerator. The “family room” had 2 beds and a sofa bed, so my family of 4 needed 2 rooms. In the second room the beds were together into one bed. Not ideal. But the decorative details and the large size of the room was great. The lack of hotel parking or close by parking was not great. We parked in a garage down the street.

My friends and I stayed in the family room there was 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed which was enough to fit for 6 of us. Glad we booked this hotel location was perfect. The hotel was spotless, very huge rooms it was so clean. bed was so comfortable, shower room is very clean and huge. If ever i come back to salzburg i will definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff are amazing and helpful too .
