"A tale of two hotels: on the one hand, gracious staff, an A+ breakfast, an excellent location, and a clean, comfortably sized room. On the other, two twin beds that undermined the entire stay. My son and I—neither of us particularly fussy sleepers—both had miserable sleeps. The mattresses were truly substandard; we could feel the springs pressing into our ribs throughout."
